Lineage Title of Texas, a Texas based title insurance agency is seeking a self-motivated, energetic and detail oriented Escrow Officer and/or Escrow Assistant in the Spring area. • Manage the entire real estate closing process. • Understand the escrow process. • Collaborate with title department to resolve title issues. • Prepare all closing documents to ensure title insurance is issued. • Secure all documents (corrective and others) that may be required for the issuance of title insurance. • Conduct closings with customer, realtors, lenders, and attorneys. • Assist customers and clients with closing related questions. • Ensure all payoffs have been collected, mailed, delivered or wired according to instructions. • Develop client relationships. • Market new business. • Correspond with lenders, builders, real estate agents and attorneys, as needed. • perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Familiar with concepts, practices and procedures within the title industry. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. • Knowledge of RamQuest desired but not a requirement. • Notary Public or be bondable.
We are seeking individuals with at least 2 to 3 years of experience, but are willing to provide training. Special consideration will be given to proven industry professionals.
