We are currently seeking a full-time Title Agency Manager. This position is responsible for the management and oversight of a Texas Title Agency. Includes, but not limited to, order intake/entry, management of contract process, title production, funding, remittance and management of key escrow personnel. Must be currently licensed or eligible to be licensed with the Texas Department of Insurance.
Minimum of 5 years management/oversight of a Texas Title Agency;
Demonstrated business knowledge and experience in maintaining compliance with TDI requirements, Best Practices and Texas Minimum Escrow Accounting Procedures;
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to reason through problems identify issues and draw valid conclusions. Specifically, the ability to resolve complex curative title matters;
Must be able to effectively build relationships with clients, lenders, mortgage/real estate brokers and the like.
