The position requires experience abstracting land title. The applicant should posses the ability to accurately create the chain of title for property. Along with the chain of title, any easements, reservations or exceptions associated with the property must be identified. After the prior information has been gathered, any curative matters needed to clear title should be identified. The applicant should be able to create a Texas Title commitment from the information gathered above. Basic knowledge of Texas Department of Insurance guidelines and Underwriter requirements is a necessity.
Applicants with a minimum of two years experience will be considered.
Telecommuting is allowed.
