Duties:
Full time employment
Title Department (primarily for Texas but to support National deals as well):
Procure, examine and enhance title evidence for out of county (Texas) and national orders – as needed
Review title commitments and approve prior to close of escrow
Answer objection letters and service files as needed
Survey review
Produce proforma policies; review final policies before distributed to clients
Proficiency in RamQuest (or such other production software that the company may utilize)
Proficiency in company’s title plant platforms
Underwriting Support for Texas and National:
Document review and research
Underwriting support
Establish working relationships with all underwriting partners (FATCO, Fidelity)
Requirements for position:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Experience in Ramquest preferred, not required
Experience in Data Trace preferred, not required
Full time employment of 40 hours per week with opportunities for overtime.
Background and credit check will be performed
