Established in 2009 and recently earning Old Republic Title Top 20 Agent Award, Assure America Title Company is growing and looking to expand its Escrow & Closing Team.
We are seeking an experienced real estate title insurance processor, escrow officer and/or closer for our Title Company. MUST have experience in processing real estate closings. Applicant must be able to take a file from inception through post-closing. Salary is available, plus we offer the ability to earn high commissions if licensed. Health Benefits included.
Job Requirements:
Examine and clear requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status
Regularly communicate with realtors, lenders, mortgage brokers and clients to timely and efficiently close transactions
Prepare all closing and settlement documents, including escrow agreements, HUDs & Closing Disclosures (TRID), and deeds
Fulfill the duties of an escrow officer, including the receipt and disbursement of funds
Review all files before, during and after the closings to prevent and resolve any potential claims
Job Experience:
Must have 3 years working at a Title Company or Real Estate Law Firm
Must have 3 Year Preparing Closing Disclosures
Licensed Florida Title Agent a plus
Ramquest Experience a plus
