Armour Title of Texas is seeking an On Site Manager/Licensed Escrow Officer. This individual will be heading our in-house training for Texas rules, regulations and policies.
Please note: We are open to candidates located anywhere in TX.
5+ years licensed in the state of Texas as a licensed Escrow Officer (or licensed Escrow Assistant)
Must currently reside in TX
Previous experience as either a Texas Branch Manager or On Site Manager
Full understanding of Texas rules, regulations and policies
Prior or current experience as an in-house licensed Escrow Officer (or licensed Escrow Assistant)
Be able to multi-task in a deadline driven environment
Knowledge of Qualia software preferred, but not required
Conduct company wide training classes on the policies and procedures of processing/closing Texas files
Be a point of contact for questions and work closely with our title and escrow teams
Review and sign off on commitments, policies, and wires/funding checks
Assist with company audits
