We are experienced real estate attorneys seeking an experienced escrow officer to help develop our fee office in Collin County. For the right person this position offers substantial growth, freedom, and reward. The preferred candidate will have an established client base (book of business) in Collin and/or Denton Counties. Both residential and commercial experience is a plus. The candidate should be self-motivated and driven to succeed, extremely detail-oriented, and must possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Even though the candidate will work closely with our title company, she or he must be able to manage the entire real estate closing process from start to finish, including compliance with real estate contracts, lender instructions, title requirements, company requirements and other written instructions as provided.

TDI Escrow Officer License.

Ability to market firm and develop long-term client relationships.

3-5 years’ experience as escrow officer.
